XAC completed its 2019 production task of the C919

On December 13, with the 10002 wing box of the C919 awarded airworthiness approval tag, Xi'an Aircraft Corp. completed its 2019 production task of the C919.

XAC is responsible for the production and assembly of the fuselage (including the central wing section), wing boxes, flaps, ailerons, slats and other parts of the C919 aircraft. Since new digital assembly lines have been put into operation, the quality and speed of assembly are steadily improved.
