China Southern Airlines' subsidiary launched equity diversification reform

The capital increase project of China Southern Airlines General Aviation Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Southern Airlines (600029), has been listed on the China Beijing Equity Exchange. It is proposed to sell about 50% of the equity, introduce 2 to 4 strategic investors, and carry out employee shareholding at a ratio of 5%-10%. After the introduction of new shareholders, China Southern Airlines will hold about 40 percent. The date of disclosure is from January 10 to March 19.

Need to mention, China Southern Airlines began to diversify its holdings at the end of July last year, the capital introduction of China Southern Airlines General Aviation is a part of the move.

At present, China's three major Airlines are all stepping up to promote equity diversification at the group level and that of subsidiaries.
